Lianna has over a decade of experience in ministry and consulting around compassion fatigue, resilience, and psychological safety. She brings a systemic lens to organizational assessments. After watching her church divide over questions of spiritual abuse, she developed the Spiritual Safety Scale (forthcoming) to help people recognize signs of healthy and unhealthy environments.

 Lianna holds a Master's of Theological Studies, an MA in Organizational Psychology, and certification in psychological safety. She writes at Good Shepherding and has a forthcoming book with Abram (est. 2027).

Abram has spent more than twenty years in youth and pastoral ministry, working at small, mid-sized, and large churches in Illinois, Virginia, and Massachusetts. He cares deeply about safeguarding children and people of all ages who have been impacted by abuse, racism, and injustice. 

Abram studied philosophy at Wheaton College and earned his M.Div. from Gordon-Conwell Theological Seminary with an emphasis in Urban Ministry. He writes at Words on the Word and Healing Pastors, and has a forthcoming book with Lianna (est. 2027).

Gillian has over a decade of experience in program leadership in the international Christian non-profit world. Gillian is committed to promoting healthy culture and practices in faith-based organizations. She brings a cross-cultural lens to leadership and power dynamics, and a heart for working with high-achievers in ministry.

Gillian has a Master's in Education and undergraduate degrees in global studies and business. She holds certifications in adult learning and instructional design, and leads expert workshops and learning experiences.
