Because every organizational context is unique, our approach is not one-size-fits-all. We take the time to understand your specific needs and history before developing a customized assessment plan. 

An accurate organizational diagnosis is the first step toward constructive action. We use both quantitative and qualitative assessment methods to ensure that you have all the information needed to make good, informed decisions.

We believe that open communication is the best approach to rebuilding trust and safety. Our process is transparent, meaning that all parties involved in the assessment will receive the final report and are included in debrief exercises.

We believe that all voices are valuable and necessary to understand the full picture of the organization. We include participants of all ranks and demographics in our process to ensure that every perspective is accounted for.

We approach all our clients with compassion and sensitivity, following the CDC/SAMHSA  trauma-informed principles. We understand that sensitive topics can be difficult to navigate, and we provide safe spaces for leaders and staff to process the information uncovered in an assessment.

Our work is guided by our Christian faith and values. We also know that spiritual abuse can happen in any religious setting, and we believe everyone should have a safe place to worship. We are committed to working with clients from all faith backgrounds to increase spiritual safety.
